Our Team

We bring different perspectives to the table, but we’re united by a love for purposeful work, thoughtful design, and real connection.

Adam Lewis, FCAS, MAAA

Adam purchased Risk Consulting Services, Inc. in 2025. Before acquiring RCS, he was a Partner with Oliver Wyman Actuarial Consulting — the second youngest Partner in Oliver Wyman Actuarial’s 36-year history. He served as both the Global Strategy Development Leader and the Global Captives Leader for the P&C practice, and between 2021 and 2024 co-led the South Region (40+ professionals) to 13–14% growth in 2023 and 2024 — the highest marks for that region in over a decade.

His primary responsibilities are to provide actuarial consulting services to self-insured, regulatory, insurance, and reinsurance organizations. He serves as lead consultant and provides risk-financing guidance on actuarial assignments across all P&C lines.

Adam regularly speaks at risk management and actuarial conferences, including the CAS Spring Meeting, Insurtech Connect, Casualty Actuarial Society of the Southeast, Atlanta RIMS, National Workers Compensation Expo, and the World Captive Forum.
